1. Would I Click? scope
This is a one-time conversion diagnosis for one already-published book or series entry. Dana reviews the supplied cover, title, genre signals, retailer page, description, price, reviews, opening sample, author or series path, relevant organic marketing, up to two supplied ads, and available performance data. It does not include a complete manuscript read, ad management, editing, or ongoing coaching.
2. Complete intake and timing
You will provide a detailed account of what is happening, working links to the book and series or author pages, relevant organic-marketing links, available metrics, changes already attempted, and links to one or two ads if ads are running. Delivery is within one week after Dana receives a complete intake and working access to all required materials. Missing or inaccessible materials pause the delivery clock.
3. Private materials
Your submitted business information, links, data, report, and findings are treated as private client materials and are not used as a public case study without separate written permission from you.
4. Client responsibility
You will provide accurate and timely materials, protect your own passwords and account credentials, and maintain backups. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, API keys, or other account secrets.
5. Products and intellectual property
Books & Biz products, memberships, AuthorBrain HQ, templates, software, and other paid offerings are not included unless your selected service expressly says so or you already own them. Your access to existing products remains subject to their own licenses. This service does not transfer Dana’s underlying methods, templates, software, or reusable intellectual property for resale or redistribution.
6. Results
Publishing and marketing outcomes depend on the market, execution, budget, timing, platform decisions, and factors outside Dana’s control. No bestseller status, ranking, revenue, profit, income level, return on investment, or other result is promised.
7. Payment and refunds
Payment is required in full to reserve an opening. Because capacity is limited and preparation and access begin immediately, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable. Missing materials, delayed participation, unused access, or a change in your availability does not create a refund or credit.
8. Electronic agreement
Typing your legal name and selecting the acknowledgements is your electronic signature. You agree that the electronic record, timestamp, agreement version, and security audit information may be retained as evidence of this agreement.
